Warrior Way Summer Camps are open to all age-appropriate kids from any school.
By registering your child for a Summer Camp, you are agreeing to the following:
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a camp registration is canceled by the Thursday before the start of camp at 5:00 p.m., a full refund for the camp will be issued. After 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before camp begins, a refund will not be issued for a camp cancellation, except for these circumstances:
-The camp is canceled due to unforseen circumstances.
-The camper develops an illness and is unable to attend.
WAIVER
I hereby authorize my child(ren) to participate in the Warrior Way Summer Camps offered by Brookwood School. As denoted by my initials, I acknowledge and agree with all requirements, directions, supervision, and standards set by the directors of the programs shall be established for my child’s benefit.
I hereby voluntarily assume all risk of accident or injury to my child which may arise out of his/her participation in this program. I therefore release and hold harmless all persons associated with these programs and Brookwood School from any and all liability that may result from my child’s participation. In addition, I hereby give my permission for emergency medical treatment in the event I cannot be reached in a timely manner.
